Contact Property Management is a full service commercial property management company.

We operate with two primary objectives in serving our customers.

1. Increase Investment Income - maintain existing clients by continuous contact to ensure their continued commitment to the property, market and actively promote to lease vacant units, evaluate existing and new maintenance /service contracts and property expenses to minimize costs.

2. Maintain Property Value - manage continued and preventative maintenance so property does not either structurally or cosmetically deteriorate.
